Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Parmesan Alfredo Shells: A Decadent Dinner Combo

Cook the shell pasta according to package directions. Before draining, reserve ½ cup of pasta water to help thicken the sauce.
Cook the Steak Bites:

In a skillet, melt 3 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites and set them aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:

In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp of butter and garlic powder. Let it melt and cook briefly.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta and Steak:

Add the cooked shell pasta to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water. Stir everything together to combine.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, mixing them in with the pasta and sauce.
