Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add the minced garlic and thyme. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the steak bites back to the skillet, tossing them to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for another minute before removing from heat. Set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Season the shrimp with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
Add the minced garlic and lemon juice, cooking for another minute.
Remove from heat.
3. Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Return the steak bites and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce, and cook for another minute.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
4. Serve:
Plate the steak bites and shrimp together, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the top.
Serve with your favorite side—rice, potatoes, or veggies!
