Garlic Butter Steak Bites: A Savory and Satisfying Delight

In a large ziplock bag, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried basil, dried parsley, and black pepper. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

Marinate the Steak:
Add the steak pieces to the marinade, seal the bag, and shake gently to coat the steak evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.

Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure the skillet is very hot before adding the steak. Remove the steak pieces from the marinade using a slotted spoon, discarding the marinade.

Sear the Steak:
Place the steak bites in the hot skillet and cook for about 3 minutes for medium-well doneness (or adjust the cooking time according to your preferred level of doneness). Sear until the steak is browned on all sides and cooked to your liking.
