Garlic Butter Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry – Quick, Flavorful & Healthy!

Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Trim the broccoli into florets.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Cook the Shrimp:

Once the skillet is hot, add the shrimp and season with black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Sauté the Broccoli:

In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they become tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Make the Sauce:

Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the sauce simmer for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to combine.
Combine Shrimp and Broccoli:

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together to coat the shrimp and broccoli with the garlic butter sauce. Add the lemon juice and give it one last stir.
Serve:

Serve the stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for an extra pop of flavor.
