Garlic Butter Salmon with Asparagus Linguine

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the pasta, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta water for later.

Cook the Salmon:

While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Cook the salmon in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside.

Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter.

Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant.

Cook the Asparagus:
