Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Set your oven to broil and position the oven rack in the middle.

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base.
Gently pull the meat out, placing it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base. This ensures even cooking and an elegant presentation.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Broil the Lobster Tails:

Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Broil for 8–10 minutes, brushing with additional garlic butter halfway through, until the meat is opaque and slightly golden on top.
Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with extra melted butter and lemon wedges on the side.
