Bake or grill for 10-12 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
3. Brush with Garlic Butter & Serve:
Generously brush the garlic butter sauce over the cooked lobster tails.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra sauce on the side.
