Garlic Butter Lobster Tails: A Decadent and Flavorful Seafood Delight

If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. To cut them, place the lobster tail on a cutting board and use kitchen shears to cut down the top of the shell. Gently pull apart the shell to reveal the meat. You can either leave the lobster in the shell or remove the meat and place it on top of the shell for a beautiful presentation.
Pat the lobster tails dry with paper towels.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook the Lobster Tails

Option 1: Grilling

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the lobster tails with olive oil.
Place the lobster tails flesh-side down on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Flip the tails over and brush them with the garlic butter sauce. Continue grilling for an additional 4-6 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
Remove the lobster tails from the grill and drizzle with extra garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Option 2: Broiling

Preheat your broiler to high. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut-side up, and brush the meat with the garlic butter sauce.
Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned on top. Baste the lobster with more garlic butter halfway through the cooking time.
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle with additional garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Serve the garlic butter lobster tails with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
