Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops – A Luxurious Seafood Feast!

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster tails down the center, exposing the meat.
In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture, making sure it’s well-coated.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Step 2: Sear the Scallops
While the lobster is cooking, heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the scallops to the skillet. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they develop a golden-brown crust and are opaque throughout.
Add the garlic to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, letting it soften and infuse the butter with flavor.
Step 3: Combine and Serve
Once the lobster is cooked and the scallops are seared, plate the lobster tails and scallops together on a serving platter.
Drizzle the garlic butter sauce from the skillet over the scallops.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty finish.
