In the same skillet, add the scallops and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
4️⃣ Combine the Seafood and Sauce:
Return the lobster and scallops to the skillet, tossing them gently in the garlic butter sauce to coat them evenly.
5️⃣ Serve:
Serve the lobster and scallops hot, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges for an extra touch of freshness.
