Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

With kitchen shears, cut along the top of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail fan. Gently pull the lobster meat upward, keeping it attached at the base of the shell.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, then drizzle them with the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

2. Cook the Scallops:
While the lobster is baking, heat 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the butter is melted and hot, add the scallops in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 30 seconds, until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Combine and Serve:
Once both the lobster and scallops are cooked, place them together on a serving platter. Drizzle any leftover garlic butter from the lobster over the scallops for extra flavor.

Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
