Garlic Butter Chicken with Sautéed Mushrooms & Spinach

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

Sear for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F).

Add butter, minced garlic, and parsley, basting the chicken for extra flavor.

Remove from heat and set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms:

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add sliced mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and golden brown.

3️⃣ Sauté the Spinach:

In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic.

Toss in spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Arrange the garlic butter chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach on a plate.

Serve hot and enjoy a flavorful, balanced meal!
