Garlic Butter Chicken with Lemon Parmesan Pasta – A Flavorful Dinner Delight

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water for later use. Set the pasta aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the lemon zest and juice, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 4: Prepare the Parmesan Linguine
In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the cooked linguine and toss to coat in the oil.
Pour in the light cream and sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to create a creamy sauce.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste, and adjust the consistency with some reserved pasta water if needed.
Step 5: Combine and Serve
Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce and toss to coat.
Serve the chicken over the creamy Parmesan linguine.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
