Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
Cook the Pasta:

While the chicken is cooking, boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining the pasta.
Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine:

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet and gently toss everything together. Let it simmer for a minute to blend the flavors.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve this creamy, garlic-infused dish warm.
