Garlic Butter Beef and Spinach Tortellini

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Drain any excess fat.

2. Add Seasonings
Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.

3. Cook the Tortellini
While the beef is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4. Simmer the Sauce
Add the beef broth to the skillet with the beef and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

5. Add Butter and Spinach
Stir in the butter until melted, then add the fresh spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

6. Combine Everything
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss everything together until the tortellini is coated in the sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to combine.

7. Serve
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
