Garbage Bread: A Cheesy, Meaty, and Flavor-Packed Roll

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Cook the Filling
In a skillet, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned.
Drain any excess grease, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Let it cool slightly.
3. Assemble the Bread
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or ranch dressing (if using) over the dough.
Evenly sprinkle the cooked meat, cheeses, bacon, pickles, and onions over the dough.
4. Roll & Seal
Carefully roll up the dough from the long side, just like a jelly roll.
Pinch the edges to seal so the filling doesn’t leak out.
5. Egg Wash & Bake
Transfer the rolled-up dough to the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down.
Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden, crispy crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
6. Slice & Serve
Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm and enjoy!
