Fruity Green Delight: Matcha Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

In a bowl or jar, whisk matcha powder into the almond milk until smooth and lump-free.

Add Sweetener & Chia:
Stir in maple syrup (or honey) and chia seeds. Mix well.

Let It Set:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency. Stir once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.

Serve:
Layer the pudding with raspberries or blend them for a fruity base. Add your favorite toppings like coconut flakes or mint leaves before serving.
