Fried S’mores Bombs: A Sweet, Crispy Delight

Prepare the Biscuit Dough – Open the biscuit dough package and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape using your hands or a rolling pin. Aim for about 4-5 inches in diameter.

Add the Filling – In the center of each flattened biscuit, place a small handful of mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs.

Seal the Bombs – Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal the s’mores filling inside. Make sure there are no holes or gaps.

Heat the Oil – In a deep frying pan or pot, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Test the oil temperature by dropping a small piece of dough into the oil—it should sizzle immediately.

Fry the S’mores Bombs – Carefully place the sealed s’mores bombs into the hot oil, a few at a time, ensuring they don’t overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Cool – Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried bombs from the oil, and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Allow them to cool slightly.

Dust with Powdered Sugar – Once the s’mores bombs are slightly cooled, sprinkle them with powdered sugar for a sweet finishing touch.
