3 tbsp beaten egg
2/3 tbsp rice wine
10 cloves garlic, minced
Batter Mix:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup cold water (or as needed)
