Fried Cabbage with Shrimp, Sausage & Bacon

In a large skillet or cast-iron pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
Sauté the Sausage:

Add the smoked sausage slices to the same skillet and cook until browned on both sides (about 3-4 minutes).
Remove the sausage and set it aside with the bacon.
Cook the Shrimp:

Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp and set it aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add butter and olive oil, then sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
Add the chopped cabbage, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.
Combine Everything:

Return the bacon, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve and Enjoy!

Serve hot, garnished with extra crispy bacon or fresh herbs if desired.
