Fried Apple or Peach Pies

Roll out each pie crust on a lightly floured surface.
Use a round cutter (like a drinking glass or cookie cutter) to cut out circles of dough, about 4 inches in diameter.
Step 2: Fill the Pies
Spoon a generous amount of peach pie filling (or apple filling) into the center of each dough circle.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the filling for extra flavor.
Brush the edges of the pie crust with the beaten egg white to help seal the pies.
Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges together tightly to seal the pies.

Remove the pies from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Step 4: Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and milk together until smooth to create the glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm pies for an extra touch of sweetness.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Let the pies cool slightly before serving, and enjoy the crispy, warm, and gooey goodness!
