Fresh Fruit & Marshmallow Kabobs

Wash and dry all the fresh fruits. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks and slice the kiwis if you’re using them as a garnish on the ends.

Assemble the Kabobs:
Begin placing a mixture of fruits and marshmallows onto each skewer. A good order for both look and taste could be: grape, pineapple, strawberry, marshmallow, orange, strawberry, grape, etc. Alternate the colors and textures for a visually appealing arrangement.

Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate or candy melts. Stir every 15 seconds until smooth and fully melted.

Drizzle and Decorate:
Drizzle the melted chocolate lightly over the assembled kabobs using a spoon or piping bag. Immediately sprinkle colorful sprinkles or edible glitter over the wet chocolate before it sets.

Let it Set:
Allow the kabobs to rest on a tray until the chocolate drizzle firms up completely. You can speed this up by refrigerating them briefly.
