Combine the Mixtures:
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites too much; it’s important to maintain the fluffiness.
Shape and Bake:
Spoon the mixture into 8-10 mounds on the prepared baking sheet.
If desired, sprinkle with bagel seasoning or vanilla extract (for a French Toast flavor).
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cloud breads are golden brown and firm to the touch.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the cloud breads to cool on a wire rack before serving.
