Flourless Oatmeal Bread (Healthy and No Kneading)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flakes, a pinch of salt, baking soda, and mixed seeds. Stir well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly mixed.

Add Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Transfer to Loaf Pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread it out evenly.

Bake:
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Slice and serve!
