In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams of flour and 1 tsp of salt.
Gradually pour 175 ml boiling water into the flour while stirring to create a dough. Mix until the dough starts to come together.
Add 20 ml vegetable oil to the dough to make it more pliable and smooth. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until soft and elastic. Set it aside to rest.
Prepare the Filling:
In a pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté the onions until golden and soft.
Add the minced meat to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked through. Season with salt and your choice of spices to taste. Add fresh greens at the end for extra flavor.
Assemble:
Once the dough has rested, roll it out into thin sheets. Cut it into small squares or rounds.
Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each dough piece and fold to seal the edges, forming little parcels (similar to dumplings or small pies).
Cook:
In a large pan, heat some oil and gently fry the stuffed dough pieces until golden and crispy on both sides. Alternatively, you can also boil them in water for a more delicate texture.
