Fish in Puff Pastry – A Famous Recipe That Has Conquered the World!

Roll Out the Puff Pastry: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it’s about ¼ inch thick.

Layer the Filling: Place the rice mixture in the center of the pastry, leaving enough space around the edges to fold the pastry over.

Add the Fish: Gently layer the flaked fish on top of the rice filling.

Fold the Pastry: Carefully fold the puff pastry over the fish and filling to form a package, pinching the edges to seal.

Step 4: Bake the Puff Pastry
Egg Wash: Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg to create a golden glaze.

Bake: Place the assembled fish in puff pastry on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed up.
