Fiery Spicy Ramen – A Bold and Flavorful Dish

In a pot over medium heat, combine the broth, soy sauce, gochujang, sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili flakes, garlic powder, ginger powder, and brown sugar.

Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Cook the Noodles & Veggies:

Add the mushrooms, bok choy (or spinach), and shredded carrots to the pot. Let the veggies cook for about 3 minutes.
