Fiery Homemade PERi PERi Sauce


Prepare the Peppers: If using dried chilies, soak them in hot water for 10–15 minutes until soft. Remove the stems and (optionally) some seeds if you want a milder sauce.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine red chilies, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, and a pinch of salt.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. Add more olive oil or a splash of water for a thinner texture.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the sauce and adjust salt, acidity, or heat levels to your liking.

Store: Pour into a clean jar or bottle and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
