Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken thighs to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside to rest before slicing.

Prepare the Ramen:

While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

In the same pan you used to cook the chicken, add the minced garlic and sauté over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the chicken broth to the pan and bring it to a simmer. Let it reduce for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and chili paste or sriracha. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes, until it thickens slightly.

Combine Everything:

Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan with the creamy garlic sauce and toss to coat the noodles evenly.

Slice the cooked chicken thighs and place them on top of the noodles.

Serve:

Garnish with chopped green onions and extra chili flakes if desired. Serve hot and enjoy the fiery, creamy goodness!
