Fast, Easy, and Delicious Chicken Fillet Recipe!

Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized cubes.

Make the Batter:

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sour cream together until smooth.

Add the garlic powder, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well.

Coat the Chicken:

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss them in the egg mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Sprinkle the plain flour over the chicken and mix until the chicken is evenly covered.

Fry the Chicken:

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the chicken cubes in batches (don’t overcrowd the pan) and fry for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve:

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Garnish with a little extra fresh parsley or dill if desired.
