Farmer’s Casserole – A Hearty Breakfast Delight!

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Layer the Ingredients

Spread the frozen hash browns evenly at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the cubed cooked ham over the hash browns.
Add the chopped green onions and shredded Monterey Jack pepper cheese on top of the ham.
Step 3: Make the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers in the casserole dish.
Step 4: Bake the Casserole

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
After this, remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are fully set and lightly browned on top.
Step 5: Add Cheese and Serve

If you like, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy finish.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let the casserole sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
