Easy Tater Tot Casserole with Velveeta and Ground Beef

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Mix in the Rotel:

Add the can of Rotel (undrained) to the cooked ground beef. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Assemble the Casserole:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large baking dish, spread a layer of tater tots at the bottom.
Pour the ground beef and Rotel mixture evenly over the tater tots.
Melt the Velveeta:

Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes and scatter over the top of the casserole.
Bake the Casserole:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden, and the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
