Easy Pecan Pie Bars

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until the dough is crumbly. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until it turns lightly golden.
Make the Pecan Filling:

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Bake the Bars:

Once the crust is done, pour the pecan mixture over the baked crust.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and no longer jiggles when you gently shake the pan.
Cool and Slice:

Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares. This ensures that the filling sets properly and the bars hold their shape.
