Easy Fat-Free and Low-Sugar Tea Loaf

Brew 1 mug of tea (without milk). Let it cool slightly.

2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour and raisins.

Crack the egg into the bowl and pour in the cooled tea. Mix everything together until well combined.

3️⃣ Pour into Loaf Tin:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a loaf tin or line it with parchment paper.

Pour the mixture into the tin and smooth the top with a spatula.

4️⃣ Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

5️⃣ Cool and Serve:
