Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, vanilla, and almond extract, mixing until smooth.
Gradually mix in the almond flour and salt until fully combined.
2. Assemble the Bars
Spread ⅔ of the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Spoon the cherry pie filling over the dough, spreading it evenly.
Drop small dollops of the remaining dough on top of the cherries. It won’t fully cover the filling, but it will create a nice golden topping.
3. Bake the Bars
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden.
Let the bars cool completely before adding the glaze.
4. Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sweetener, milk, and vanilla extract.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.
