Preheat & Prep – Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down. Score the surface in a crisscross pattern to help the glaze absorb.
Make the Glaze – In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together brown sugar, honey, mustard, melted butter, cinnamon, cloves, garlic powder, and pineapple juice. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Glaze & Bake – Brush the ham generously with half of the glaze. Cover with foil and bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, basting with pan juices every 30 minutes.
Final Glaze & Caramelization – Remove foil, brush with the remaining glaze, and increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
Rest & Serve – Let the ham rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides!
