Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Prepare the Meatball Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk.
Mix everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.
Form the Meatballs:
Using your hands, scoop out about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball. Place each meatball on the prepared baking sheet. Continue until all the mixture is used up.
Bake the Meatballs:
Drizzle the meatballs with a little olive oil to help them brown in the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 160°F / 71°C for beef or 165°F / 74°C for turkey).
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve the baked meatballs with your favorite sauce, pasta, or on a sub roll for a delicious sandwich. You can also serve them as an appetizer with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
