1. Activate the Yeast
In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar.
Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, until it becomes foamy.
2. Form the Dough
Add flour to the yeast mixture.
Knead for about 8 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
3. First Rise
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
4. Shape the Rolls
Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let them rise for 30 more minutes.
5. Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
