Make the Dough:
Add flour and salt to the bowl with the activated yeast mixture. Stir until the dough begins to come together.
Once combined, knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Let the Dough Rise:
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a clean cloth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
Shape the Rolls:
Punch down the dough to release the air. Divide it into 8-10 equal portions and shape each into a ball.
Place the dough balls into a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between each.
Bake the Rolls:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Serve:
Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. These rolls are perfect on their own or with butter!
