Eagle Brand Banana Pudding: A Creamy, Dreamy Dessert

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the cold milk, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, instant vanilla pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and the pudding thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Layer the Pudding:

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of Nilla Wafers on the bottom. Follow with a layer of sliced bananas. Then, pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and wafers, spreading it evenly.
Repeat the Layers:

Add another layer of Nilla Wafers and bananas on top of the pudding mixture. Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer, spreading it out evenly.
Make the Whipped Cream:

In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the pudding.
Chill the Dessert:

Cover the banana pudding and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the flavors to meld together and the Nilla Wafers to soften, giving the pudding its signature texture.
Serve:

Once chilled, serve the Eagle Brand Banana Pudding cold and enjoy the creamy, comforting layers of banana, pudding, and whipped cream.
