Donuts on a Spoon: A Unique and Delicious Twist

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin tin or donut hole pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter together.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter will be thick.

Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin or donut hole pan, filling each cup about ¾ full.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the donuts are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the donut bites cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.

Prepare the Glaze:

While the donut bites are cooling, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Donuts:

Once the donut bites are slightly cooled, dip each one into the glaze, making sure to coat the top.

For extra fun, sprinkle the donuts with your favorite toppings, such as chocolate sprinkles, colored sugar, or cinnamon sugar.

Serve:

Place the glazed donut bites on a spoon for an extra quirky touch, or serve them on a plate as mini donut bites.

Enjoy these bite-sized treats with a cup of coffee, milk, or your favorite beverage!
