Step 2: Prepare the Dough
Add 600 g of flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix with a spoon or hand until the dough starts to come together.

Gradually add the remaining 80 g of flour as needed, kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
