Delicious Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Bold Flavors

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the ground chicken and cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
2. Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and chili flakes (if using).
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to combine.
Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
3. Assemble the Wraps
Remove the chicken from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
Spoon the chicken mixture into individual lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts for added crunch.
4. Serve and Enjoy
Arrange the wraps on a serving plate and enjoy immediately!
