Delicious Stuffed Bread with Mozzarella and Salami: A Cheesy and Savory Delight

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the loaf of bread into 2-inch thick slices, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through the bottom so that the bread holds together. Alternatively, hollow out the center of the loaf to create space for the filling.

Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, and milk. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Stir in the chopped cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and spring onions.

Add the mozzarella cheese and salami to the mixture and mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Stuff the Bread:

Pour the prepared filling into the bread, ensuring it is well-distributed between the slices or in the hollowed-out center. Press gently to pack the filling inside the bread.

Bake the Stuffed Bread:

Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Finish and Serve:

Remove the stuffed bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Slice and enjoy!
