Delicious Puff Pastry Roll with Ground Meat and Melting Cheese

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add ground meat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Puff Pastry Roll:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle.
Evenly spread the cooked ground meat mixture over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the meat.
