2. Shape the Patties:
Take small portions of the chicken mixture and shape them into round or oval patties with your hands. You should be able to make about 8-10 patties depending on the size.
3. Fry the Patties:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet, cooking them in batches if needed. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
4. Serve:
Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
