Delicious Chicken and Green Onion Stir-fry

In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Aromatics:
Add the white parts of the green onions, garlic, and ginger to the same pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Make the Sauce:
Pour in chicken broth and honey. Stir to combine, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
