Delicious Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chops

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder if using.
Sear the Pork Chops:

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and nearly cooked through. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Glaze:

Reduce the heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in brown sugar and apple cider vinegar, cooking until the sugar dissolves and forms a thick glaze.
Coat the Pork Chops:

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the glaze over them to coat evenly.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly and the pork chops to reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve:

Transfer the pork chops to a serving platter, drizzle with any remaining glaze, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
