Coat the Pork Chops:
Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the glaze over them to coat evenly.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly and the pork chops to reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve:
Transfer the pork chops to a serving platter, drizzle with any remaining glaze, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
