Delicious Banana Pudding Stuffed French Toast

In a bowl, combine the slightly beaten eggs, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Dip and Fry the Bread:

Slice the bread as desired and dip each slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
