Delicious 2-Layer Dessert: Simple and Easy to Make

In a small bowl, dissolve the unflavored powdered gelatin in the 1 cup of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

Make the White Layer:

In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream and condensed milk over medium heat. Stir well to combine and heat the mixture gently—do not let it boil.

Once the mixture is warm, add the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.

Pour the white layer mixture into serving cups or a dessert dish. Refrigerate for about 3 hours, or until the layer is set and firm.

Serve:

Once both layers are set, serve the dessert chilled, and enjoy the creamy, delightful layers.
